Recently, I found out that my father is here at the masuleum. I didn't even know he had passed, and it's nice to have found his final resting spot as I loved my Dad very much. I was adopted at a very young age and had lost this side of my family for many years. The grounds are well maintained, a very clean facility. The masuleum, which wasn't hard to find, and finding his spot only took a minute, even though it's situated a bit away from the main facility. My mother and I stopped at the Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens to find the grave sites of her father's parents. It was like looking for a needle in a hay stack. I stopped in the office and the two girls working there were great. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to find them and give me a very detailed map. We were able to go straight to the grave sites. Thank you for your help today it was greatly appreciated. needle in

my mom recently called to set arrangements for a recently deceased family member and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional, saying how she's "tired of seeing your family's name around here" and proceeded to remind my grieving mother of all of her recently deceased family members, and would hardly let her get a word in during the whole conversation.
