Called this office, which is my PCP, to attempt to get answers regarding some lab work and because I was not feeling well. No help from this office - just offered to mail me a referral. This kind of medical care is the exact reason that people often find out about medical conditions way too late. I'm still in shock by this experience.

They are supposed to be at lunch from 12-1. It's after 1:17 pm and no answer.
I went and saw a specialist and the specialist could not understand why Dr. Fawaz did not catch my failing kidney issue, it was apparent in my charts that the issue should have been diagnosed over a year ago.
Dr. Muntaz is an excellent doctor. Concerned, sincere and willing to listen. The best physician I've ever had. I highly recommend her.
I cannot get an appointment with her, or even a call back with recommendations after a year as her patient. As someone with medical problems, this is unacceptable. I am now walking into urgent care to see a doctor who doesn't know me or my health history because once again she was too busy for me today.
Each time I go to see Dr. Fawaz, I enjoy my visit. The doctor is down to earth and has an upbeat positive attitude. I appreciate that I don't feel rushed and am able to get my concerns heard and answered.
Great doctor that won’t simply give you drugs for symptoms, but will treat the underlying issue. The office location is extremely convenient.
Dr. Fawaz and his staff are wonderful!! Dr. Fawaz always takes the time to explain every test and every diagnosis. He is always available for emergencies. He really cares about my family and our health.
