Wonderful! I went to Dr. Egan because my long time Dr. is retiring and I needed someone new. She is young and eager and really spent a lot of time with me. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Shishu is NOT at the Shenandoah Clinic. That clinic, not this doctor, is the subject of the old unflattering online reviews. I'm a 69 year old male and have seen a few doctors over the years and consider Dr. Shishu to be as knowledgeable, thorough and prompt as any of the other doctors I have seen. Waiting time has been minimal and she always spends an appropriate amount of time on my exams and also communicates her findings very well. When I've called in for prescription refills, they've always gotten to the pharmacy wi... read more

Horrible- This "doctor" started the appointment talking about how she didn't want to bill my appointment as a physical, but wanted to bill it as an appointment. We all know that is so she can collect more money. She went on to say that she would need to see me every 6 months when the care I have been receiving for many years on an annual basis has been 100% sufficient. When I told her that every 6 month didn't seem necessary - - she told me to leave and then wrote nasty comments on my electronic chart. The doc is more concer... read more

I had a new patient visit with Dr. Egan today (after being referred to her by a friend), and it was the most pleasant appointment with a primary care physician that I've ever had. Michelle was friendly and attentive, making conversation and listening to my wants and needs. She (along with the rest of the office staff) made me extremely comfortable. I got referrals to other specialists, as well as having bloodwork done right in office (how convenient!), and we discussed a plan for followup appointments to address concerns tha... read more

Bad Doctor - She doesn't listen and doesn't give thorough physicals. I had to tell her what blood work to do for my annual physical. She's rushed and her mind seems to be elsewhere. She's too busy trying to jam as many patients as she can in one day that quality care goes out the door with you. It's take about 1-2 months to get an appt with a crummy doctor. Forget getting into a doctor's office when you are sick, they don't have time for you. They are busy jamming in easy appts for patients who are not sick. She moved to ano... read more

Very unprofessional. After appointment I looked up his credentials and he went to one of the worst medical schools in the country

I went for a visit to refill a prescription for obsessive compulsive disorder, since my usual provider wasn't available. During the visit, he bumped a trash can out of its place, saying, "You have OCD...so does that bother you?" and laughed. Later, he said "So I'll give you a 90 day prescription...or should I do 89?" in reference to the "off" number somehow bothering me (as if it's as simple as that). Am I deeply wounded or scarred or traumatized somehow by his comments? No. But as a training physician, I cannot tell you how... read more
