A Life-Threatening Experience – Avoid Dr. Saul at All Costs I deeply regret choosing Dr. Saul for my surgery. The procedure left me with severe complications and lifelong consequences. I chose Dr. Saul for my breast lift with fat transfer, and lipo contouring of the flanks and stomach. I am extremely satisfied with my results.
