Highly recommend this audiology clinic and the doctors. The two star review written by someone experiencing unilateral loss is inaccurate. One reason is that: it’s not possible to have a diagnosis of normal hearing in one ear when the other ear/cochlea is considered “dead” (with profound hearing loss). In audiological terms, this mean profound deafness in one ear and unrestricted hearing in the other (which means there is always some hearing loss in the good ear when there is a deaf ear). I really do not like writing bad reviews but if I had not gotten a second opinion, I would have done damage to my good ear. I am deaf in one ear and went there in 2020 to get my hearing tested in my good ear. The Audiologist showed that I have significant hearing loss in my good ear and wrote me out a prescription for a hearing aid ( luckily I never got that hearing aid, because knowing now, it could have done more damage than needed ). I got tested at Cedars Sinai in 2023 and their test showed I have very good, very little ... read more
