Umm, Beverly Hills Car Wash in Tempe, AZ When I first say the "Beverly Hills Car Wash" in Tempe, AZ, I laughed at the name. Tempe isn't exactly Beverly Hills. It's located on a corner of University and Scottsdale Rd. This is a convenient location for those going to ASU main campus. They do a good job and it doesn't take too long. I'd recommend them and go back there myself. PROS: Convenient location next to campus CONS: None, they are good
Nice Job I recently moved to Tempe. I drove from OH to WY and then to here, so almost a million of bugs died on my windshield. They cleaned most of them nicely. They cleaned the interior also very nicely.I was satisfied with the work and would go there again. I read Gary's review below and thought they gonna charge me a lot but they did not so I tipped them nicely.
Good fast job, no complaints I get my car washed here once in a while, when I'm too tired or lazy to do it myself. They are extremely close to ASU's main campus on the corner of Rural Road and University, and do a good clean job. They are not too expensive, and you certainly get what you pay for. Overall, I'd rate this as a very good deal. PROS: Quick and good service CONS:
Worst Customer Service EVER TERRIBLE SERVICE! Don't ever get a windshield replacement from this place, it was an absolute nightmare. After dealing with this company for 3 weeks about my windshield, due to doing a horrible job the first 2 times, I had returned to the car wash hoping my issue would finally be resolved. RIP OFF ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!! On Thursday, May 12, 2011, my husband took our car to Bev. Hills Hand Car Wash to get it cleaned while I took an exam at ASU. When he got there, "Mike" started hounding him about getting it detailed. He told told my husband, he could make it look brand new, and kept using the Headlight lens covers as a selling point and stating, brand new!!! best car wash in the valley :) I go to Beverly Hills hand car wash every week. I get a wash and wax. I got my car detailed too and they do a pretty good job.They are the best in the valley! You can't go wrong with 100% hand wash! It's so convenient because it's on campus!The staff are friendly and they have good customer service. Need a car wash? I recommend this place on the corner of University and Rural.
Be patient and you will get good service. All right, my last review here was a scathing bit of meanness. it got immediate attention and resolution. I am happy now and I have learned to not be so quick on the draw. I shot first and asked questions later. I am satisfied and repeal my unhappy remarks.
