Worst Customer Service EVER TERRIBLE SERVICE! Don't ever get a windshield replacement from this place, it was an absolute nightmare. After dealing with this company for 3 weeks about my windshield, due to doing a horrible job the first 2 times, I had returned to the car wash hoping my issue would finally be resolved. Good location next to campus My friends and I laugh that they would call their company "Beverly Hills Hand Car Wash" when it is on the corner of University and Rural. It's a small area of land next to a lot of traffic. However, they did do a pretty good job and charge more than I thought that they would - so I guess that makes it a Beveryly Hills Car Wash in Tempe, AZ. I'd go back again. RIP OFF ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!! On Thursday, May 12, 2011, my husband took our car to Bev. Hills Hand Car Wash to get it cleaned while I took an exam at ASU. When he got there, "Mike" started hounding him about getting it detailed. Be patient and you will get good service. All right, my last review here was a scathing bit of meanness. it got immediate attention and resolution. I am happy now and I have learned to not be so quick on the draw. I shot first and asked questions later. I am satisfied and repeal my unhappy remarks.
Not bad for a car wash I normally come away from a car wash frustrated and feeling ripped off, but these guys actually do a decent job. It takes a while though - don't go when your in a rush! : -)
Very Nice Wash, but Pricey It's a very nice place near Arizona State University. It's a hand car wash but a little more expensive than other places. But here you pay what you get for.
Gary I have my Cadillac washed once or twice a week at this place (for about a year now). I have been very satisfied with their work. HOWEVER, they have some new guy working the customers as they drive in - trying to up-sell everyone. When I told him I only wanted a wash today, he tells me I have BUGS on the front of my car, so I will have to pay an additional $3 "bug fee". best car wash in the valley :) I go to Beverly Hills hand car wash every week. I get a wash and wax. I got my car detailed too and they do a pretty good job.They are the best in the valley! You can't go wrong with 100% hand wash! It's so convenient because it's on campus!The staff are friendly and they have good customer service. Need a car wash? I recommend this place on the corner of University and Rural.
JF Look no further! It is the best place to get your car washed in Maricopa County!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been to 5 other hand car washes and also have had a person come to my home and wash my car - no comparison to this service! Simply THE BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
