Total lifesavers. Great at what they do, kind yet professional. Parking is iffy but I've yet to have a serious issue. Their work has opened the door to more happiness for me than I can properly convey.

Went here for four years, can still grow a beard. They only put me on the schedule to pad out their tech's schedule, often went months in between appointments. Just be honest that you can't take clients that you can't fit them in your schedule. From the owner's mouth she doesn't respect patients who use insurance. These people wasted my time, do not come here. I've been seeing Jessenia for years to get all of my hair removal business taken care of. Her and the rest of the team are exceptionally polite, pleasantly punctual, and proficient as can be. Cannot recommend her or this place enough!
