Thank you. Very professional and amazing service! Lily was very helpful on the phone and answered all of my questions prior to scheduling for the estimate. Brian was able to come out next day and did an amazing job cleaning up my tile floors. Even scheduled another appointment so he could clean the rest of the floors in the house. First time using Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners, I used another company in the past to clean the stair carpet in our condo building; they could never get all of the stains out, I am happy to say Beverly Hills Carpet Cleaners’s got all of the stains out in their first visit. The carpet looks new. I should have taken before and after pics. They were also very nice and professional. I would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely use their services again.

Great work. Wow. I called at about 11am and they were here by 330! I did not expect same day but was delighted. After the brief call to schedule and get price, I texted the woman on the phone my address and that was that. They are very efficient!
Great job. The cleaning crew arrived on time. They were friendly and professional, with smiles on their faces. I gave them a quick tour and they began working right away, letting me know that it would take roughly an hour to complete the job. And they were right on time exactly an hour. I would definitely use them again.
