I had one of the worst experiences at this BMW service center. My service advisor, Alen Yadegar, was completely unprofessional and unresponsive. He repeatedly called me during work hours even after I told him I was in meetings and requested communication by text. Despite asking the same questions several times, he ignored my messages and made service decisions on my behalf without my approval. I came in for maintenance, tire, and battery service. I usually receive a great service from this dealership, and that's why I chose to come here instead of Glendale one. However, I felt like the whole vibe has changed from my last visit to the most current one. First of all, I'd talked to my service advisor about a leakage of the grease either from the trunk door to see if she can do anything.
