Ron Robertson at Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills is amazing!! Hands down the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. I not only felt like he was straight forward and honest with me throughout the whole process, but he also made it fun. When has buying a car ever been fun?! Never! Until Ron sold me a car. Mercedes Benz are awesome cars: there's nothing better, but then everyone knows that. It's the level of service you get from Ron and the staff at MB of BH that make all the difference.

Are you fuckin kidding me? What amazing customers service? Not for my black ass. First you tell me you have plenty of 2017 Smart cars to look at, there is only 5 total on the lot. Dude was 30 mins late for my appt at 1pm. When he finally comes out, I have to run downstairs because I left my ID in the car. I come back up and now he is on phone. He is off in a few minutes and then ask me to wait in lobby again so he can pull around car. He brings car around and we go for a test drive, it's now 1:52. We literally drive around t... read more

Worst Mercedes dealership in the nation. Don't go here to buy a vehicle. I just stopped in to trade my car and it was like pulling teeth to get a sales associate and then when I get one he makes it seem like it's an inconvenience because someone pulled him from this trainings. I'm sorry my dear but you're in sales. I've had my Mercedes C400 since January and I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER MERCEDES. The products are junk and right down to there terrible customer service. I'm on my way to Audi as we speak. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!
