Staff is very helpful and I was able to get a loaner. I wouldn’t get a loaner again because the consequences for any damage to the car frightened me to the point that it wasn’t worth the risk. I recently got a message saying to come in to replace the airbags which had come on, so I hope airbags were installed. The people at Mercedes were very polite and accommodating.
