I was refered to Ms. Hawpe for my daughter for her substance abuse. I made an appointment with the receptionist for the following week. The morning of my daughter's appointment, I received a call from Ms. Hawpe's office informing me that I needed to reschedule because there was an emergency with Ms. Hawpe.
