You will, however, have to deal with the community manager that works on site who can’t really do anything or insight any real change if you do complain about something. Good location but definitely starting to turn ghetto
Nichole in the office is amazing! She is so nice and is always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend living here!
It seems nice, I was notvreally paying attention. I was there to hang put with an old friend. But, it's nice and cozy.
I lived here for more than 3 years. This was an ok apartment. It's cheap. But it's not possible to rate this apartment five stars for three simple reasons: 1. No air conditioning. Windows slide horizontally, which makes window AC difficult to install. 2. Terrible neighbors. 3. No in-unit laundry. 4. The location is bad. (104th ave doesn't have a sidewalk, and halsey/gateway has hardly anything worth walking to.)
