So ive lived here for almost a year. New management and mainiance are great. Great team work they communicate and get stuff done promptly. We appreciate them so much. Ty to Beverly Grove apartments They through us s pool.party and all of us was welcome free food and so much more. They are a great place to live you should check it out if ur looking. Also great atmosphere here and just love it here.
I love the new management! The manager and maintenance person are wonderful. They're on top of everything, quick to help with everything. Finally fixed a few things after months of telling the old management. They're so nice and understaning. As soon as they took over it's been so much better. Replaced the washers and dryers so they actually work now! I love living here now. They gave us a pool party and included everyone, free food, drinks and free shaved ice. They're just fantastic here. Highly recommend.
We toured the Beverly Grove apartment property with Magi a couple days ago, and it was a great experience! The property is very nice and clean. The two-bedroom apartment that we saw was very nice. Very much worth the rent and Magi is great about doing her job professionally and thoroughly! She was considerate enough to follow up with us a couple of times to see if we had made a decision.
