The landscaping is always well maintained, major repairs are handled promptly, and both the manager and maintenance technician have been nothing but professional. I’ve enjoyed living at Beverly Groves since a year ago. It’s a nice and safe place to live and we have a great community of neighbors. Management and maintenance have been a great support when needed and quick response to solve issues. We feel safe, respected , supported and more than welcomed. I’ve been here at Beverly Grove Apts for at least 3 different managers and our current manager as of December 22nd 2025, Virginia, has taken the initiative to actually make things happen. I’m a disabled veteran who has had issues with my dryer on the upper level of my complex and within a month of her being here, she got me a new dryer instead of continuing to work on an already damaged dryer that previous managers had tried to keep a bandage on.
