Something must have changed over the last year or so as my experience with Beverly Glass went from good to awful. And that is echoed in the reviews below. I purposefully went with a local company and boy was that a mistake. There was an utter lack of professionalism shown by the office manager to the installer and even the owner acted as though I was a bother at times...it seems that they are "too busy" to even return a phone call or apologize for being 2 hrs late to my house and cutting my screen to the wrong size. They treat you with respect and are always there for you and on time and have good prices for service they provide.
I was honestly appalled when I read a criticism of Beverly Glass' services. They have been my "Glass People" for over 20 years. During that time I've had shower doors, sliding doors, and a couple of windshields replaced by them. They have always been on time and courteous beyond belief. Tom Trudel is my man at Beverly glass, Rantoul St. Beverly, MA.
Beverly glass is by far the best place to go to for anything. the owner tom is one of the nicest people I have ever met, he helped me with evrything I needed and helped me get it at the price I was looking for. evrything that I had done was done perfectly I would deff recommend it to everyone.
