Dr Chang is a superior doctor. She monitors medications with such accuracy; she is patient and supportive; and she takes time to answer all our questions thoroughly. Dr Chang cares about her patients and she has regulated the blood pressure meds and has brought them to a safe level. She also took steps to regulate the blood sugar carefully. Finally she was helpful in recommending a permanent primary care doctor which is very hard to find. She is the best.
