The worst dentist ever, I even had insurance when she was a part of it and she would never do anything until she got her money first, the complete waste of time for me. Don't go see her go anywhere but there
She acts like she cares but refused to send medical records to a specialist to fix problems they caused. I was told that they usually only released records to lawyers. That sure was a red flag. How many times had that happened? I would run far a fast from this place. They seemed so nice and my family were patients for years but they turned on us in a heartbeat when they realized they messed up. I should have sued them!
Dr. Broadwell is the best dentist in the area, hands down. I've been visiting every six months for as long as I can remember and the experience is always incredible. They know my name when I walk in the door, they know my family, they ask about work, and overall it's just an excellent experience.
Appointment 11/17 and first item was that I was trying to get dental work done and scheduled to use my flex spending account before the end of the year or lose it. Did initial inspection/start of cleaning and when I went to schedule next appointment they told me they couldn't get me in again this year. Extremely misleading and a total waste of my time and dollars spent!
Awesome Dentistry Broadwell Family Dentistry is a family friendly environment. Everyone in the office treated me with respect and courtsey. The entire office is very helpful in explaning everything to you from amount you have to pay and to the details of the treatments that are going to be rendered. I would recommned Broadwell Family Dentistry to everyone, they have a warm and delightful environment.
Broadwell Dentistry I had my first dental appointment in the area at Broadwell. They are in a good location (of of Concord Lake Rd) and have a nice office with friendly staff. They also have a nice play area for the kids and are very friendly and understanding about mommies that come in with little ones. They were very prompt and Dr. Broadwell took time to listen to my concerns. I would highly recommend them.
Family Friendly Dental Office I love the friendly and family oriented atmosphere of Beverly Broadwell. All of the staff is extremely nice, and they work with you on payments, which is great to get all of your work done in a timely manner.
