Be sure to patronize Beverly Cycles. Family-run; personal attention with more than adequate time, space to test drive (with accompanyment if requested!); great listening skills which translate to customized service; extremely impressive turnaround time for repairs (on the spot for minor repairs vs wait few days as I've experienced in past.). AND, huge plus, no pressure to make sale. They respect you at your own level of biking needs.

Beverly Cycles is more than a bike shop, it's potentially a community hub--mainly because of its wonderfully eccentric owner, Bill Kerr, a karate expert with a soft heart. Great store. Super friendly family atmosphere, always willing to go out of their way and help. More than just a store that cares about only sales, they care about the long term relationships with fellow wheel loving people.

These guys are GREAT! They actually like bikes and people who ride bikes. Just about any thing you could want to bike on the cool roads and trails of Essex county and beyond. Check them out you won't be disappointed.
