Combine the maximum incompetence with the maximum laziness. That's dr tyler. Avoid at all costs unless you want to call 5 times to get your refills or, if you play your cards right, NEVER get you refills. Avoid!!!
Dr. Beverly Tyler is by far the worse doctor I’ve witnessed. The phone is never answered, their answering service does not rely messages. I’ve been waiting for a call back for 2 weeks for a an inhaler / albuterol prescription. They said that they send the prescription,Nothing. They said that she would call me, nothing . I called again this morning, and it was the answering service. I had to beg them to transfer me to the actual office to get results. I was just there for my son's first appointment due to his headaches. She knew how to get my son to communicate his symptoms and to understand how to remedy them. The office also sees adults which is wonderful when your trying to juggle all of our schedules. The wonderful lady changed our primary care for the family
I love the site and doctor and staff so far . No complaints other than when I try and call. Not sure y it takes so long to get in contact with someone. Everytime I call I’m holding at least 20 mins which is bizarre. Especially when I get there in person
Dr. Tyler have been my kids pediatrician from since they were born. Everytime I need a form she does her best to get it to with urgency. I an writing this review because I want to show my continued appreciation towards her. Thank you Dr. TYLER for your continued excellence 🙏 ✨️.
