The stylists go above and beyond here. From cute suggestions for my 6 year old (little pop of pink and purple hair extension for summer fun) to being super flexible with appointments I have loved every experience here. My stylist is so great and listening to my needs in a hair style and creating a cut that will work for my lifestyle and look.

As far as customer service goes they are horrible. I called 2 days ago for an appointment and was told all they had available was at noon (exact words). She took my name and phone number. I showed up on time for my noon appointment and was told I missed my 11:30 appointment.... and there was just no way to fit me in today. Tried to give a local business a try but they blew it on the first attempt. Will not be giving them another chance
Excellent Salon! Love the atmosphere, and the ladies that work there are all so nice. I see Nicole, and she is beyond talented. The BEST color I have ever had. Not only is the color absolutely beautiful, but my hair has never been so healthy, soft and manageable. Highly recommend this little salon in the heart of beautiful downtown Wauconda. <3

Love this place. Nicole does an amazing job and I’m so impressed with all the expertise and time she gives to me as a client. LOVE my new color! The whole vibe in the salon is awesome.
Longtime Wauconda resident and just visited this place for the first time...wish I had gone sooner! The owner/stylist Michelle is very professional and friendly, the place is clean, I was offered refreshments while I waited for my color to be done, and they seem to be up to date with all the latest hair trends. They also have a fun selfie light to take professional-like photos after your cut/style. Prices are on par with all salons!
