0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Would tell everyone not to use this shop, and I told Liberty Mutual I was shocked they were on their "preferred" list! 0.5 Star : Repair Quality I had to drive 5 hours each way two different weekends because the repairs were not done correctly. Even now a rattling shows the mechanical repairs are sub par. 0.5 Star : Customer Service No updates as promised. I had to call to get updates after the promised delivery dates.

5 Star : Likely to Recommend The car should've been vacuumed prior to being returned to me as a customer extra parts and white that should've been at least cleaned. I am not asking for them to detail the vehicle but they should've put paper mats down to protect the carpet and it should've been vacuumed when they finish the detail work but other than that Brian and everyone at the body shop were very professional very nice and the people at the rental shop were very pleasant so I give them a plus just didn't care for the way ... read more
