GREAT COMPANY – low pressure sales team made buying a car a pleasant experience. They gave us the best trade it...much higher than any of the other dealers....they offered carfax and to cover any issues that would be found within the first month....
Engine noise – I bought my Toyota Sienna from Beutler car sales about three months ago. There was a small noise in the front corner in the engine area that I asked about and was told that it was no big deal. I have had nothing but problems with this van. Apparently it was in an accident but I was never told. There is nothing I can do now because I was told the car had no warranty. I should have never bought this van.
