I had been struggling to get approved for disability for several years. This lawfirm won my case for me even after Keller and Keller dropped my case. I was awarded 5+ yrs backpay but that was in April and I still haven't received my backpay. SS just keeps telling me it's at the payment processing center waiting on them to process it. Don't know what else I'm supposed to do at this point
My friend retained this firm for help with his disability claim months ago. He never hears from them. He needs help. He has serious medical conditions, can’t work, no insurance. I realize disability approval is a long process. But he retained this firm to expedite the process. His disability claim needs to be handled more aggressively, that is, if this firm is interested in helping people and not just collecting money from clients when claims are settled.
My attorney NEVER returned my phone calls nor emails!!! I hadn't heard from them in 2 yrs. Then they dropped me as a client!!! Thanks for nothing!!
