I have been working with Shantelle for over a year now and I wish I had sought her out sooner! The expertise she provides with medication management and overall brain health/nutrition helped get me to a very positive place by fully understanding my symptoms and needs. It’s been so valuable in my mental well-being around work, friends, and family, which is where I was struggling and knew I likely needed to seek use of medication. I found Shantelle and Between Two Gardens Psychiatry after moving across the country from St. Louis. What I wanted was someone to check-in with and help refill my meds (ADHD-related), what I got was a way better overall experience than I'd had at my prior psych!
