The staff were just fine any of the times that I have been in there. The prices werent any worse than any thrift shop. You make an appointment, you drop off your clothes. They could be a little more picky about the items they take in.

unresponsive. not friendly. overpriced. when i walked in --i didnt even get a hello. just a stare. im not so bad looking either :)- ....teen girls run the place or are the employees--not a bad thing--but if your not a teeny gal--watch out.,
