Not as good as reviewed. My fried chicken was Horrible mash potatoes ice cold . Are burger ok . Service so so never asked how are meal was got the feeling they didn't care .
Has great service! I ordered the turkey burger lettuce wrap and it was delicious, Bill had the turkey dinner which was also very good. Prices were good. Will return next time we come to Santa Cruz
This was not my first time at Betty's. Hoewever, I was served by worst server Alison, she only brought the food and never checked back to see if we needed anything else. At the end she wanted to get $23 tip, for what? I did leave tip but not the whole $23 dollars she did not deserved it. She came out and yelled at me, calling me a lier, and that she provided the best customer service ( yet right). WORST CUSTUMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY ALYSON. Make sure you that if you go eat there you ask for a different server
Best sweet potato fries I've ever had.....and I have tried a lot of them in my life!!
Went to celebrate the adoption of our 17 year old here after signing the final papers. Not only did the server get most all the staff to come out to sing "Happy Adoption Day" to them, but found out after that our server was adopted herself. Absolutely a special memory that we'll always be grateful for.
