What kind of place is this. I go for eyeglass prescription and the doctor say my insurance will cover it. I get my eye exam and she says I have a problem but I don't. Just need glasses. Then she charges my credit card and never files insurance. I see fake good reviews and the last one is from relative of the lady working there. Morales. Fake good reviews. Went in to get vision check out and was rush thru. Insurance says I pay zero but she charge me like everyone saying here. Total rip off.
This is a scam for sure and I suggest all people ripped off report this to the Federal Trade Commission. Nobody reads reviews until AFTER it happens to them. It is against federal law for this place to do these illegal charges and she should be stopped.
I went in to get a simple eyeglass prescription and was given a disclaimer before I was seen. Merchant said if I had conjunctivitis that I would be charged $129. Then she immediately diagnosed ‘allergic conjunctivitis’ and the only way to get out the door was to allow the $129. Charge. When I said to her that my eyes do not itch and are not producing any type of fluid. Eye exam cost is very high, not at all competitive with others in area of Azle, LakeWorth, etc. Exam was over $87.00. After I got a printed prescription for glasses I had it filled at a vision glass eye facility in Azle. I turned in my typed paperwork with the prescription which was sent off for glasses manufacturing so I wanted another printout of the same RX and went back to Bettyross eyecare to request another printout. I don’t usually write reviews but I need to for this place! I love this office and the staff. They are always very friendly and helpful. I’ve been using my computer a lot more lately since all of my meetings are virtual and I just wanted to get my eyes checked out for peace of mind. The doctor was so nice and answered all of my questions. Great customer service!
Been going to Dr. Marcos for a few years now. She’s very knowledgeable and the staff is great. I highly recommend BettyRose Eyecare!
