Horrible Customer Service – Recently received request to dine at this Queen Anne restaurant. I had high hopes, but it fell terribly short due to the incompetent staff. I kindly & discreetly asked to speak to the Mgmt, but was told with an eye-roll that "they are never around." Nonetheless, chicken was moist, but nonthing memorable. Luckily there are other great choices in Queen Anne.
Deceptive Happy Hour – List Martinis as $6 on Happy hour menu... But only Martinis on menu do not count... False advertizing and they admit it...
STRONG martinis! Can't remember much about the food at this restaurant, but I do remember that the cocktails were pretty good and the martinis were STRONG. The bartender was quite helpful, and there is a back room that had a little bit more privacy, it would be nice for private parties. Not a bad option for drinks and an after work hangout with friends.
boring – Betty has been on our list for a quite a while, and, sorry to say, the food was not worth the wait or the price. the appetizer goat cheese timbale was unappealing visually and was kind of mushy flavor mess. The duck confit in the confit salad fell quite short of what duck confit can be when prepared well. it was very moist, perhaps too much so, and lacked any flavor and skin/crispiness. the $13 betty burger should have been better than it was--you can buy a much better burger at 1/2 the price at a lot of other place... read more
