Within the first five minutes of my establishing care appointment she belittled me for the choice of tests I had pursued in the past and treated me as if I was a hypochondriac. She tried to act as more of a therapist rather than a family doctor and prescribed me a “magic-cure-all” medication with worse side effects than the condition- all within 15 of meeting me and before reading my charts! Dr. Plate made me incredibly uncomfortable. Each experience with her was awkward and not genuine. She made me feel incapable and unsupported. I want a doctor who cares about me personally and medically. The relationship aspect was not there. It was almost as if she forgot about my prior visits each time I returned. I felt as if she did not care about me as a patient. She did not respect my personal decisions and made me feel moronic. She made the decision not to come back very easy for me.
Worst doctor I have ever seen. Has no people skills. She has no problem talking down to you like she is better. No one in their right mind would open up to her about their health conditions the way she treats people! No has no respect!
Extraordinarily caring provider. Saw her for bowel resection and was thoroughly impressed with her presurgical consult, her skills, talent and ability, her care and thoughtfulness day of surgery, and the postcare follow up. Surgical incisions were minimal as all was performed laproscopically. I live out of the area and researched her prior to traveling long distance - selected her because of her surgical expertise. Outstanding physician. Highly recommend
NO! she put my 7 year old son on crutches for 20 months, wait and see she kept saying, then says "oh you waited to long, needs a hip replacement" absolutely WORST pediatric doctor ever!!!
Incision to large for surgery needed. Now will be left with a huge scar. Went back to get stitches/staples removed absolutely NO care instructions were given after removal! She didn't explain anything. Was also very rude while I was in the hospital. Does not listen to the patient she always has the say. Yes you are the doctor, but you should explain things you are doing & listen to patient concerns & answer questions professionally. STAY AWAY!!!!
Dr.Hale did my Right knee total replacement on April,28 th 2021 and my recovery has been excellent. She is awesome,professional,and thorough. It’s been A pleasurable experience working with Dr. Hale now we are doing my left knee on July 5th 2021My recovery has been awesome thank you Dr. Hill
No I wouls not reccomend Dr. Hale. 10 years ago she treated my son. He had complicatios from knee surgery and there was no pain management for him. Years later she recommend a Dr. In Butte and he dud no better. We finally went to Missoula and gor the right care and surgery was done and my son is doing great. I made a nistake and soughr care and needed a hip replacement. I was told that she was the only dr that could di the surgery.
