Dr. Lo is wonderful. This was my first appointment with her as my primary physicain and she is everything you could want from a doctor. I am very satisfied with her as my doctor.
Absolutely no follow-up!! Tried for weeks to get my results and never heard back. Had to call the Director of AMITA Health for the region, just to get Betty Lo to call me back and when she did, she left a message and has never tried again since. Never received my results and her office is so impossible to call and get a hold of even a nurse, that its not worth it! Health Insurance is filing a claim to remove my appointment seeing her all together so I can go to someone else under my coverage.
I feel she answered all questions to the fullest. She listened to what I had to say and she seems to want what's best for her patients. I've only been my first visit but I think she will hslp me to figure out and understand my chronic pain and my mental issues (anxiety & depression). I will definitely be returning. She's a very nice lady and even the receptionists are nice and inviting.
