Dr. Lo is very clear in her communication.
Betty Lo MD is a great provider. She is competent, listens well, and is compassionate. Every visit I had with her was both proactive and positive.
I've been seeing Dr. Lo since 2016 as my PCP. She's friendly and very thorough. She takes time to answer any questions and I never feel rushed. I trust her with my health care.
Both my wife and I have Dr. Lo as our primary physican and we like and trust her. She is careful, professional, but very concerned about us. She is someone you can talk with and feel comfortable.
Never followed up with MRI order. She knew I was in pain!! She went on vacation!! Plus she only gave me one month refill when I need a 6 month refill! She’s a jerk!
Dr. Lo canceled few appointments when I made the appointments with her. Staff is super rude and unprofessional
Dr. Lo was very interested in helping me with my many health issues. She spent quality time answering my questions and giving me recommendations for now and the future.. She only ordered necessary bloodworm and prescriptions. I will continue to go back to her to get excellent care.
