Super slow. If you appointment is at 11 don't expect to be seen until 12:30. There are 2 ladies in the front, one is younger and one is older. The older lady is super rude!! I take my kids here because it's a one stop shop but lately it has been getting worse and worse. Time to find the kids a new doctor and dentist.

I spoke with the attendant after dialing the number for the Delmar location and was transferred as I was telling her what I needed. No notification that I was being transferred. I realized she had done that after there was no response to a question then another department was ringing. I feel that was very rude. Already had a problem with being scheduled for the west Florissant location and finding out there was no appointment after arriving at 8 am like I was told.
