Tiffany is very helpful and nice. However Lisa made me think she was on my side and after a very long past 24 hours of me being bullied by another roommate and scared for my safety. I don’t even know where to start,Sunday night I called the Betty Griffin crises line,I spoke with a young lady that stayed on the phone with me,she gave me the idea and helped me execute the plan,then asked me to call her once I was on the road,this was around 5am 5nights ago,once I called her back she then tells me the facility was full,and gave me a list of other places to call,I have called these places every single day since then,and theres NO space. My roommate physically attacked me & I was kicked out for defending myself! I was told I should’ve told someone first. My caseworker Emily was lazy & always on vacation! Devin is a sweetheart though! She made sure I made it safely to my destination when I left the shelter. Bring your own food, theirs is old rotten & moldy! would not recommend

I reached out to this center seeking safety from a bad situation at home and spoke with extremely unprofessional staff. After an initial call with a kind staff member, I was later 'interrogated' by another employee who was very dismissive and cold. When I tried to explain my crisis, she met me with judgmental silence that was incredibly difficult to talk through without feeling judged.
