Cons: In my communication I emphasized the importance of drainage - initial email, site visit with contractor and subcontractor, a start of work by subcontractor and at the end of Day 1 (of 2 days) to subcontractor. When work was completed I expressed my concern at the height of the stones from the soil grade (>2").
