I have been to Betts Medical Group three times. Each time I was there I did not see a doctor for two hours even though I made an appointment. The customer service, as far as professionalism and politeness by the staff, is great; however, getting customers in and out in a timely fashion, is poor, poor and poor. Why make an appointment when you're still not seen for more than two hours later? That's not customer service!!! When I called and asked that question, the receptionist said, "It is what it is."
