Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? Absolutely not! I was seen right away! Did this provider show attention to detail? Absolutely! They are always very careful and meticulous Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. My teeth cleanings have always been very comfortable, and I've never experienced any pain. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm relaxed. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Doctor Betts cares for 3 generations in my family. I have been going to Dr. Betts for over 20 years, and no one in my family has ever had any issues or complaints. The staff is helpful and friendly, the care and treatment is outstanding, and there is NO better dentist.
