Susan Betts-Barbus was the pediatrician for my two sons since they were born...basically about 9 years. She is someone that eagerly pushes experimental drugs on children that do more harm than help. Case in point, my younger boy is far end autistic. Susan more than happily put him on drugs that made him fat and gave him breasts. Yes, I trust them Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this pediatrician's office? Not really Did the pediatrician ever make you feel like an inadequate parent? Yes, they made me feel like I wasn't a good parent Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

They made sure every question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is a very, welcoming staff. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. . All my questions were answered, and I feel more confident about the future.

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted

Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Somewhat, they could've used more help Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. If you didn't want certain vaccines for your child, did the pediatrician respect your decision? No, they told me my child had to get every vaccination, regardless of my concerns
