Better Nightmares
This company has been awful to deal with and I’m here to warn you against doing business with them. While the people at the local office that do the initial setup of the equipment are fine, after that you have to deal with their call centers which is where the nightmare begins. After an excessively long wait, I finally received my first resupply, but the order was completely wrong and I couldn't use any of it. I contacted their call center many times about the issue, but they never took action towards resolving it. Meanwhile... read more

Took 30 days to tell me they didn't take my insurance. Huge waste of time. They are managed like a call center
