Great service all way around. Listened to my symptoms and prescribed medication for them.
The check in staff are incompetent. They told me they don't prescribe insulin (not true). I told them I was going into diabetic ketoacidosis and needed to be seen. The doctor obviously prescribed insulin immediately. Had I left the urgent care, this would have landed me in the ICU. The staff needs better training and should be told NOT to give any medical advice whatsoever. That is dangerous.
Dr. Simon is wonderful. He is kind, intelligent and excellent at his job. Highly recommend and service exceeded expectations.
