Sat in the examining over 1 hour with no communication. Poor customer service. Once the doctor came in, I did receive quality care. This is why I rated overall as a 4 and not a 1.

The attitudes are ridiculous here. I’m a supervisor at my company and we utilize them for DOT renewal and later hours when Willow lawn closes. I called this morning regarding my DOT and this lady acted as if I was slow talking about my DOT would be expired if I got it done last year uhhhh no I always get a 2yr if you take the time instead of rushing people off the phone! I prefer Willow lawn or the one out short pump for sure. My cdl is at jeopardy and I can’t upload it so the nerve of the attitude!
