They took the wrong sample for a test, Labcorp couldn’t test and now my care is being delayed and I’m told to return again. Unacceptable.
I had very little wait times. The doctor was pleasant and knowledgeable He was patient and kind. Excellent bedside manner which is very important to me

I came back to edit. Initially 5 star. Now, the next day -1, if that were an option. My insurance DOES NOT participate with all CVS branches. I called back Saturday to request my rx be sent to A PARTICIPATING pharmacy. The receptionist had an attitude when I tried to explain my insurance. My rx was NEVER transferred which means she never gave the Dr. my transfer request. IT IS NOT HER JOB TO EXPLAIN MY INSURANCE. ITS MY JOB TO VERIFY.
