The worst! I am stuck using their api! I have sent at 10 email to upgrade my service so I can publish my app! But no reply for more than 2 weeks! I supposed publish the app before new year! They don’t reply at all, the phone number is fake, email is probably fake too! I tried all the email. And Got None! Stay Away from using their API!
Edit: After speaking with Jacqueline I am changing my review from 1* to 3*. We have worked to find a solution that is best for both my office and BetterDoctor. Hopefully this change can help prevent other offices from the same issues and potentially cause change with a positive outcome. Original Below: Breaking the law, sending us unwanted faxes disrupts business and forces lawfully paying business to incur your advertising costs in supplies. Use lawful means to advertise.
