Visited to the Ramsey St location. Very nice staff! My first visit with them, and I wanted to try contact lenses for the first time. They were very patient with me teaching me how to put them in and out of my eyes.

Short wait time, and friendly staff. Chris Holland is excellent and caring, even giving me two prescriptions (one generic) in case the prescribed medication was too expensive. (Although, it was his preference as it heals faster.) With the coupon and my copay, my medication went from $200.00 to $30.00! Didn't need the generic brand after all! : )
Outstanding, friendly and courteous staff. Dr. Carter rocks! I always know I'm going to be treated well and with respect when I'm being seen at Better Vision, and my insurance is being handled correctly, as well. Great job, Better Vision!! And YES, I would, and DO, recommend them to all my friends!!!
