Our daughter is 11 and has been wearing glasses for 4 years now. Extreme near sightedness is an awful genetic trait in our family. I recently had a eye problem. I needed a refill for a medication. The person at Better Vision went out of her way to help me. I appreciate her efforts!
Came in a few months ago to get better glasses then what I was issued.. spend over $400 and waited for weeks.. when they finally come in and I go to pick them up, the prescription is different.. she tells me my eyes will get use to them... I gave it a month.. went back into the store to let them know that my eyes are not adjusting and that they are different.. was told there was nothing they could do.. I spent over $400 and they can’t make them right?..

My 6 year old went for his first eye exam today and I can’t say enough good things about Better Vision. The staff was welcoming and friendly from the beginning to end of his appointment. Dr Carver made my son feel comfortable and eased his nerves. The office was very clean as well. I give Better Vision 5 stars!
The Dr. was great and even personally saw to ensuring our satisfaction when there was concerns or issues. This clinic went above and beyond my expectations and impressed me not only with service but with their professionalism, desire to ensure customer satisfaction, and timely engagement with customers with concerns.
