Nice you get the gist of it it’s super convenient and easy to use
Clean facility. Dislike the required insurance fee you have to pay in addition to the monthly rent amount. Would be nice to have a light in the unit for accessing at night. Had a problem with my reserved unit on my move in date. Called CS & spoke to AI advising me to use the kiosk at the facility to complete my move in. There isn't a kiosk at the facility. Very Smooth process all online easy to understand. Very nice clean units, this place is exceptional. I am very very pleased to have it all be automated , and controlled remotely. It was the smoothest online experience I have had. Excellent job Big Guy storage , Greenville Texas.
They had my unit set up, locked attached and ready to Go in the first 30 minutes. Texted me all the gate and lock information in the first 5 minutes. Definitely recommend. Fast service, reliable and no fuss. Best kind of service for me
