This place is an absolute joke. I cancelled my unit over 2 months ago. Yet they have charged my account twice now. After I followed their ridiculous close out procedures. Not to mention there is no one onsite to handle the situation I have been on hold for over 3 hours. Even after I called to “place my number on a call back list to save my spot in line”.
