Kevin Truitt at BTY is a great trainer for youth of all ages. He knows how to get the best out of each child and he creates workouts based on each persons individual needs. I highly recommend BTY and all of their services offered.
I really enjoyed my lessons from Carly. She taught me a lot and improved my golf game.
We’ve had a great experience with both agility training and golf lessons at BTY. Carly does an amazing job teaching—she’s positive, patient, and makes training fun and educational for kids. I highly recommend BTY for supplementing your kids sports training.
Since starting to train at BTY I have seen an increase in lean muscle, strength and confidence. The trainers are knowledgeable and tailor workouts for each client. I look forward to my sessions each week!
