I was referred to Dr. Lyons a few months because of a concerning snoring problem and feeling tiredness all the time. After receiving the oral device from Dr. Lyons and following up with her regularly, my sleep is so much better. I no longer take 2-3 hour naps in the middle of the day. I wake up feeling refreshed overall and my snoring problem has decreased tremendously. I am glad that I was able to see Dr. Lyons because my sleep quality improved so quickly after meeting with her and using the oral appliance.
My husband has just received his dental appliance and he is so happy with all of the interactions he has had so far. He said that each office visit was very informative, friendly, and he liked having technology involved to actually measure results. 10/10 would recommend!
I wish I went to Dr Lyons years sooner. She is knowledgeable-highly recommended for her aids in alternative methods to a C-pap machine for those of us who can not tolerate the mask, etc. My sleeping/snoring has improved and I feel better and rested! She and her staff are really top notch in all areas.
