I worked for the owner of this company, and I was also a tenant. I stayed for around 2 years, and returned the place in MUCH better condition than when I moved in. Believe it or not, he had his maintenance guys lie about things in the house about how they were left when I moved out. I had pictures of the place as we were cleaning, repainting, repairing and so forth. The scuttle hole to the attic was NEVER EVER touched from the moment I moved in, til the moment I moved out...
