We paid for them to open our pool. They just take off the cover. They did not turn on the filter. After they left we turned on the filter, did not work at all. I called and spoke to “Jim” the day after they opened my pool. I had a concern about the operation of the filter. He was rude and condescending. Also defensive and argumentative. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY One of my worst experiences for pool care. They were good 3 years ago but customer service and manners are now GONE. They did not clean the cover before it was stored. Broke a shelf that was in a closet where equipment is stored. for $550, to open my pool 2 guys were here for 80 minutes. Most unpleasant experience. I called to talk to manager he was difficult to contact "don't know when he's coming back". Then he was rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
So glad I came across this place last year. Got rid of my algae problem and kept my water clean and clear the entire summer. Very knowledgeable! Looking forward to using them again for future summers.

WOW, their prices are way cheaper than Adcock!
Impatient staff. Overall this shop is small and parking is minimal. The staff here are impatient and loud, I wouldn't recommended if you have no idea how to manage a pool and try to get advice here unless you absolutely in need of something for your pool.
Great prices! This place has great prices. It's a little hard to get in and out of and not much parking that is close by. The staff knows what they are talking about for sure!
