Better Plastics helped us design our dream kitchen and made the entire process so simple! Ordered a specific counter top and cabinets (sadly on 3 to 4 month back order), and when the cabinets finally arrived it took forever to have someone come and measure for my counter tops and received the wrong color, kitchen is not finished and is needed. Once inconvenienced one would expect to be put at the front of the line yet still waiting. No refund for the price difference on my counter top either. I do not like to micromanage but you sadly have to with this place.
