We love Dr. Esterov! She is so kind and friendly and is very practical. We’re so happy with our choice to come here.
As a new patient they tell you, you can't make an appointment without filling out the forms online. I filled the forms out online and there is absolutely NO info as to where to send the online forms so now since it's evening I must wait till they open to speak to a stressed out desk person to find out where to send the forms, hang up, send forms, wait till they recieve them, then call for an appointment. This is the place to bring your kids! Dr.Estrov is a caring professional. And the office is very inviting for kids. Dr.Estrov has been in business for 20-plus years. This is a private practice. As mentioned below by the user please make sure your kids are vaccinated to ensure a safe place for your kids to get treated. I have two kids one is 3 years old and a newborn. You would think when they receive your medical records that the staff would be advised about prior non existing vaccines. We get there wait 45 minutes to see the doctor for her to deny my child because she doesn’t have certain vaccines. Very unprofessional & a little discriminating. I wouldn’t recommend coming here
My daughter has been a patient at Better Pediatrics since birth, over 10 years. Dr. Esterov is compassionate, caring, and continually provides excellent service. We’re always able to book appointments with ease, get treated quickly and efficiently. Dr. E is always sure to answer any questions we may have and address our concerns. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and wait times are very minimal. The environment is very welcoming and we look forward to our appointments throughout the year.
