Better communication skills with client and between management and caregivers. More staffing. Better scheduling. Fixed pricing. Their prices go up expedientially and you are stuck paying it. Better trained caregivers who don’t sit all the time.

Better Off at Home has been a life-saver for my family. The caregivers are kind and attentive and my Mother has adapted to having them with her very well. Terry and his staff are well versed in dealing with patients with dementia and that gave me an increased level of confidence in using them. I highly recommend them!
This company was a tremendous help with my dad. He was completely bed ridden and needed a lot of help. They care, they have some of the nicest people working for them. We had two different caregivers and a couple for a day or two because the first one got the flu. They worked diligently to find another caregiver and she was absolutely incredible.
